Kerala: Security guard thrashes passengers sleeping at bus terminal

In a disturbing video filmed shows a security guard thrashing passengers sleeping at Thiruvananthapuram's Thampanoor bus terminal in Kerala.

The 34 seconds video shows a security guard, Vijaykumar hitting several passengers, who were sleeping while asking them to leave the terminal.

He repeatedly kept on hitting brutally with his cane from one sleeping passenger to another.

The video also shows the guard repeatedly caning the passenger's face, while another passenger who questions the act is slapped by Vijayakumar's colleague.

However, Vijaykumar was arrested following the complaint under IPC sections 324 (voluntarily causing hurt by dangerous weapons or means) and section 506 (criminal intimidation). He was later released on bail.
