Chennai: OMG! Brand new luxury car Audi Q3 seen floating in sea
Chennai, July 3: It was one of the shocking surprises for the fishermen who live around Kovalam in Chennai. To their utter surprise, the fishermen found out a luxury car floating in the sea.
The fishermen were shocked when it was confirmed that the floating object in the sea was nothing but a white Audi Q3.

According to sources, many had seen the car roaming in the neighbouring area a day before the incident. A day after, fishermen saw the car washing ashore.
Initially, it was thought that it might be a suicide, murder or accident case. But the fishermen did not find anyone inside the car. Later they informed police about the floating car, which was traced to be belonging to a real estate businessman.
A local fisherman was quoted as saying, "A few of them tried to pull out the car using a tractor that we use to pull out boats and ships out of the coast. Even as the car moved a little, it got struck in the rocks. The car was in gear and hence the wheels could not roll making it difficult to pull it out."
A police officer said, "We tied a rope to the rear of the car and the machine was able to pull the car out. But by then the car was heavily damaged due to impact of the waves overnight."
Police found a purse and a driving license in the car. Meanwhile, the owner of the car informed that one of his relatives had taken the car a few days back. Later the car was missing.
