Kerala businessman held guilty of running down guard
Thrissur (Kerala), Jan 20: A court on Wednesday convicted a businessman of running down a security guard with his car in a fit of rage.
Thrissur additional district and sessions judge K.P. Sudhir pronounced Mohammed Nisham guilty and said the quantum of punishment would be announced on Thursday.

The prosecution had said that Nisham rammed his Hummer vehicle into 47-year-old Chandra Bose on December 29, 2014, and also beat him up. Bose was working as a security guard in a posh residential complex near here.
