Kerala: 4 members of family found buried in their house in Idukki district
Idukki, Aug 2: Four members of a family were found buried in a pit in their house compound in Idukki district on Wednesday. They all were buried inside their home, stacked over one another, with deep stab wounds.

The man and his wife have been identified as Krishnan and Susheela, while their 21-year-old daughter and 19-year-old son have been identified as Arsha and Arjun respectively, police said.
The police have suspected black magic behind these alleged murders as their neighbours have also said that a case was registered against one of the victims for performing black magic and other occult rituals.
The Police also recovered a hammer and a knife from the house. The incident was reported to police by the neighbours when they found an untouched stack of newspapers outside their home. When the police broke open the house, they found blood stains all over the place and a freshly-dug earth.
The bodies have been shifted to Kottayam medical college for post-mortem, police said. Meanwhile, further investigation in the case is underway.
