Kashmiri Pandit leader Shiban Dudha passes away

New Delhi, Nov 10: Shiban Dudha, a Kashmiri Pandit leader who had recently joined National Conference, passed away at a private hospital here.

"Shiban, former General Secretary of All India Kashmiri Samaj (AIKS), had always stood up for the cause of Kashmiri Pandits at all possible fora -- be it political, social or bureaucratic," a statement issued by AIKS reads.

AIKS members condoled the death of Shiban who passed away last night. AIKS secretary Puran Patwari said Shiban's recent decision to join the National Conference was to make the voice of Kashmiri Pandits heard in the organisation.
