Karnataka flag Committee submits its report on state flag issue

The nine-member committee set up in June 2017 to study and submit a report to the government on designing a flag for Karnataka and providing it a statutory standing will be submitted its final report on Tuesday.The issue will be discussed next week in the Legislative Assembly.

The panel set up nine months ago had four design options to choose from. The members refused to say if the three colours were yellow, green and red or yellow and red with white in the middle. One member said it was yellow, green and red.
