Karnataka- Engineering student commits suicide

In the note the student alleged that he was being harassed by his friends over issues relating to money.

Bengaluru, Nov 6: A student of Guru Nanak Dev Engineering college committed suicide at his home in Bidar today. The student Sachin Kumar Dhanraj Bajawale, 19, was in the third semester of civil engineering. A suicide note was recovered from the spot.

In the note the student alleged that he was being harassed by his friends over issues relating to money.

He hails from Hulsoor village, but lived with his family in a rented house. His family members found him hanging from the ceiling. The police is investigating all angles. The police is likely to question his friends too.

According to investigations it appears that the deceased was scared and hemce took the extreme step. Some of his friends had turned against him and this had been worrying him, police sources also said. Further investigations are on.
