Kargil Chronicles: Day 1 Of Motorcycle Expedition Paying Tribute To Fallen War Heroes
As the 25th anniversary of the Kargil War approaches, a group of 12 motorcycle riders, all course mates of the legendary Indian Armed Forces Captain Vikram Batra, have embarked on a poignant journey to retrace the trails that witnessed the 1999 conflict between India and Pakistan.
Flagged off in Chandigarh, this band of brothers from the 1997 batch of the IMA's 101 Regular Course is paying homage to their fallen comrades and the heroes who etched their names in military history.

Their motorcycle expedition serves as a living tribute, reminding us of the selfless sacrifices made by those who left behind the comfort of their homes and the warmth of their loved ones to safeguard the nation's sovereignty.
The 101 Regular's tribute to the Kargil War heroes is a testament to the enduring spirit of the Indian Armed Forces. To them, we owe a debt that can never be repaid, but their sacrifices shall forever be etched in our collective memory.
