Kabbadi Player Murdered In Kapurthala: Personal Enmity Suspected
Hardip Singh, a 22-year-old kabbadi player was murdered due to personal enmity on Wednesday night in Dhilwan, Punjab's Kapurthala district. The police have arrested two out of the six identified accused and are expecting to apprehend the rest soon.
A shocking event has recently transpired in Dhilwan, a town located in Punjab's Kapurthala district. A local kabaddi player, just 22 years of age, was brutally killed. The police have confirmed the incident and cited personal enmity as the motive behind this heinous crime.

Tragedy Strikes Innocent Life
The victim was identified as Hardip Singh who met his untimely demise on Wednesday night. He was reportedly attacked with swords and other weapons due to a personal vendetta harbored against him by some individuals. The horrifying news of his death has sent shockwaves through the community.
Police Investigation and Arrests
Kapurthala Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP), Rajpal Singh Sandhu, stated that six suspects were identified in connection with this brutal murder-case. Two out of these six accused individuals have been arrested so far. The SSP assured that efforts are underway to apprehend the remaining culprits soon.
In addition to this, a case has been registered at the Dhilwan police station regarding this matter following an official complaint lodged by Gurnam Singh, father of the deceased.
A Father's Heart-Wrenching Tale
Gurnam Singh recounted his traumatic experience when five to six people arrived at his house late Wednesday night announcing they had murdered his son. Upon opening the door, he discovered Hardip gravely injured. In desperation, he rushed him to Jalandhar’s civil hospital where doctors pronounced Hardip dead on arrival.
Punjab’s State Of Affairs Questioned
This tragic incident triggered reactions from political quarters too. Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) president Sukhbir Singh Badal expressed grave concern over what he referred to as a "jungle raj" prevailing in Punjab. He stated that this was not an isolated incident and demanded immediate action from the authorities.
In conclusion, the brutal killing of Hardip Singh has brought to light serious concerns about law and order situation in Punjab. It is a grim reminder of how personal enmity can escalate into such horrifying acts of violence.
