Kamal Nath recommended as Protem Speaker: Naidu

New Delhi, May 28: The name of

was recommended as the pro tem

to the president, Parliamentary Affairs Minister M.

said on Wednesday.

"We have recommended to the president, Kamal Nath's name as the pro tem speaker," Naidu said after taking charge as the parliamentary affairs minister.

Kamal Nath, former parliamentary affairs minister, was elected to the Lok Sabha for the ninth term from Chhindwara constituency in Madhya Pradesh.
