Later he declared that this amount would be increased to Rs 1,250 and subsequently raised further to Rs 3,000 in due course.

He voiced his apprehensions via a post on social media platform X on Sunday night saying "Sisters, I heard that this time the 10th date is not coming." Nath also criticized state government advertisements promoting this initiative with their tagline 'Das Tareekh Aa Rahi Hai' which translates to 'The tenth is coming'.
