Bollywood actress Jiah Khan suicide case: More trouble for Aditya Pancholi, son Sooraj
Mumbai, May 14: Two years after Jiah Khan's death, investigating agency is yet to find out whether it was a suicide or homicide case. However, Bollywood veteran actor Aditya Pancholi and his son Sooraj Pancholi landed in trouble.
The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), which has been investigating the case following an order by the Bomaby High Court, reached the residence of the Pancholis in Mumbai on Wednesday, May 13.

The CBI team searched the residence till late evening. Spokesperson of the investigating agency, Kanchan Prasad, was quoted as saying, "The High Court has directed the CBI ‘to consider whether this is a case of suicidal or homicidal death."
"If it comes to a conclusion that it is a homicidal death, then further investigation be made to find out who is the perpetrator of the crime and accordingly action be taken," she added.

25-year-old Jiah, who acted in Bollywood movies, was found hanging at her residence on June 3, 2013. Initially, it was reported that it was a suicide case.
Later her mother Rabiya Khan moved the Bombay High Court claiming it was a murder and not a suicide case. The High Court handed the case to the CBI.
Jiah and Sooraj Pancholi were in a romantic relationship when the former was found dead. It was reported that the couple had a nasty fight hours before the incident. Mumbai Police, which had arrested Sooraj, released him later.
