Jiah Khan: HC orders reinvestigation

's mother Rabia Khan claiming that it was a case of murder, the Bombay High Court has ordered a reinvestigation.The Juhu police has been asked by the court to register her complain and re-investigate into the matter.

Among the evidences provided by Rabia Khan were independent forensic probe reports that hint of a foul play. For instance, a CCTV camera footage showed Jiah minutes before her death. She was entering her house and did not look disturbed at all.

While the footage shows that the actor had entered her house in a black track suit, she was found hanging in a night gown. The petition asked whether someone who is bent on committing suicide would like to change before doing so. The first petition was filed by Rabia on Oct 1, insisting that the police investigated the injury marks thoroughly.
