Ranchi, Jan 27: Three days after being kidnapped by suspected Naxals in Jharkhand's Giridih district, the four government officials have been released and are being escorted back to their village by security forces.

They had been abducted from the Navkaniya village in Giridih district on Saturday night when they were on duty for NREGA and social security pension work.
