JEE Mains 2025 Admit Card Released For January Exams: Step-By-Step Guide To Download Yours

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially released the admit cards for the JEE Mains 2025 Session 1 examination, according to an NDTV report. The exams are scheduled to take place on January 22, 23, and 24. Candidates who have registered for the exam can now download their admit cards from the official website: jeemain.nta.nic.in.

Admit cards for exams scheduled on other dates will be released soon.

JEE Mains 2025 Admit Card: Steps To Download

Visit the official website jeemain.nta.ac.in.
Click on the link for the JEE Main admit card.
Enter your application number and date of birth.
The JEE Main admit card will appear on your screen.
Download and print the admit card for future reference.

Session Schedule

Session 1: January 22-31, 2025
Session 2: April 1-8, 2025

The schedule is designed to avoid clashes with state or union territory board exams, providing flexibility for candidates.

Examination Structure

Paper 1: For admissions to BE/BTech courses at NITs, IIITs, CFTIs, and other state-recognised institutions. It also serves as the eligibility test for JEE Advanced, required for IIT admissions.
Paper 2: For BArch and B.Planning courses. It includes two subcategories:
Paper 2A (BArch)
Paper 2B (BPlanning)

Mode Of Examination

Paper 1: Computer-Based Test (CBT)
Paper 2A: Mathematics and Aptitude in CBT mode; Drawing Test on A4 sheets (offline)
Paper 2B: Mathematics, Aptitude, and Planning-Based Questions in CBT mode

Language Options: The JEE Main exam will be conducted in 13 languages, including English, Hindi, Tamil, Bengali, and Urdu. Candidates must choose their preferred language during registration, as changes will not be allowed later. This move aligns with the National Education Policy (NEP) to ensure inclusivity.

Candidates are advised to download their admit cards well in advance and follow all instructions carefully to ensure a smooth examination process.
