Jayalalithaa writes down her own menu in hospital, claim sources

Apollo Hospitals is likely to issue a health bulletin on Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Jayalalithaa in the next four days.

Chennai, Nov 4: Jayalalithaa has been writing down her own menu and is fully conscious.

She has been taken off sedation from the third week of October and has remained fully conscious since then, sources say.

The Apollo Hospitals is likely to issue a health bulletin on the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister in the next four days, the source also informed.

The last bulletin was issued on October 21.

Sources claim that there has been a marked improvement in her health. She has been writing down her own menu and eating normally.

She is not being fed of the tube the source also informed. On Thursday it was reported that she has been shifted to a private room from the critical care unit.

According to doctors, the Tamil Nadu chief minister will be discharged from hospital in the next three weeks. Currently she is under observation and is even undergoing physiotherapy.

This is important for her since she has spent a month in hospital, the source further informed.
