Bengaluru, May 11: It's celebration time for all Jayalalithaa fans. People, who admire the AIADMK chief, have been celebrating as the Karnataka High Court acquitted her in the 18-year-old disproportionate assets (DA) case.

The Karnataka High Court on Monday, May 11 dismissed the special Bengaluru court's verdict and acquitted Jaya and other four accused in the case.

Earlier Jaya was forced to resign as Tamil Nadu Chief Minister and was sent to jail following the special court's verdict which found her guilty in the DA case.

However, now Jaya is all set to return as the CM of Tamil Nadu. Sources informed that she is likely to take oath as the CM of the state on May 17.

Her fans, who worship her, was seen pouring milk on her poster and dancing on streets across Tamil Nadu and Karnataka.
