12:40 pm: Jaya not to leave house till Dec 18. Till that time, the AIADMK has to file a report to SC, failing which the bail will be cancelled

12:36 pm: Nariman has assured the court that Jayalalitha will write to her supporters to behave properly.

12:34 pm: Karnataka High Court is yet to suspend the charges; her bail will be granted if it is suspended

12:27 pm: SC suspends Jayalalithaa's sentence; Jaya gets interim bail
