Jamshedpur: Cops allegedly beat mentally, physically challenged man near Jubilee Park

A police personnel beat a mentally & physically challenged man near Jamshedpur's Jubilee Park allegedly in an attempt to remove him from the middle of the road in Jharkhand.

Speaking to ANI, A Prasad, ASI said,'' I received information that a mentally unstable person was pelting stones on a car. I didn't beat him with stick, just used it to chase him away.''
