Jammu and Kashmir a problem since independence: Modi

New Delhi, Sep 2: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday said that problem of Jammu and Kashmir is an "old one" dating back to Independence, and hoped that youth of the state will not be "misled".

"It's an old problem. It's seeds were sown the day we got Independence," he said in an interview to to CNN News18.

Modi also asserted that the entire nation has been with the state and will always support it.

"I believe that youth of Jammu and Kashmir will not be misled," Modi added.
