J&K: Three terrorists gunned down by security forces in Kulgam encounter
Srinagar, July 22: Three terrorists have been gunned down by security forces in Kulgam encounter in Jammu and Kashmir on Sunday. The security forces have also recovered three weapons.

The encounter took place a few kilometres away from the place where police constable Salem Ahmed Shah was abducted killed. Shah had been undergoing police training in Kathua.
The security forces suspect there are over four terrorists. The police said some people have started throwing stones at the security forces.
The official said the search operation turned into a gun battle as the militants fired upon the forces, prompting retaliation. The gun-battle is going on, the official added. More details are awaited.
