New Delhi, Jan 2: Buoyed by recent poll victories, first in Lok Sabha election and then in State Assembly elections, Modi-led BJP is brimming with confidence.
Now, it has been proved that the Prime Minister Narendra Modi and party president Amit Shah together have the potential to create electoral magic.
At present Modi-led BJP looks invincible and even opponents have to concede this bitter fact.
After election in the States - Jharkhand and Jammu and Kashmnir are over and party got expected result, BJP president is now gearing up for his next assignment.
Reportedly Amit Shah is making robust strategy on how to strengthen the party base in non-BJP ruled States and to make the mission possible, Shah will soon kickstart his sojourn in these States.
Reports say that his State tour will start from January 22 and will continue till February 15.
Though it is being said that the move is just to encourage membership drive in the States, but sources say that saffron party is planning big to wrest out these fiefdom from the opponents.
Experts believe that this is a part of the larger plan of the BJP and they link this move with Modi's mission 2019. Before 2019 Lok sabha elections, party wants to make the base strong to give State parties tough competition. The motive is to bring BJP in competition against other parties which at present are in strong position.
Reports also say that Amit Shah will start his tour from Punjab(Jan 22) where he will speak openly against drug menance plaguing the State. After that he will visit Mamata's land West Bengal on January 22 and subsequently go to Odisha(January 6), Telangana(Jan 8) and Andhra Pradesh(January 9).
Report says that party president will spend two days in every States to take stock of the situation.
