J&K: Infiltration bid foiled in Uri sector; 2 terrorists killed

At least two terrorists were killed in an infiltration bid foiled in Uri sector of Jammu and Kashmir on Sunday.According to initial report, the operation is underway.

"An infiltration bid was foiled in Uri sector and two terrorists have been killed," an Army spokesman said.

On Friday, the army killed a terrorist who was trying to sneak into India in Kashmir' Kupwara district. A weapon was recovered from the deceased militant, said a defence spokesperson.
