J&K: Search operation launched after gunshots outside police post in Anantnag
A few gunshots were heard outside police post Dangerpora in Jammu and Kashmir's Anantnag district on Friday. Police retaliated to the gunshots. No loss have been reported so far. Search around police post underway.

This was the second such attack within 24 hours, a police official said here.
"Militants opened fire on police personnel near the Anantnag bus stand. The attackers were pushed back by the cops," the official said. He said there was no loss of life in the incident and the area was cordoned off.
Earlier in the day, ultras fired at a police vehicle, which was on its way to Jammu from Srinagar, near Bonigam in Kulgam district, he said. No one was injured in the attack.
