IT dept issues attachment order against Misa Bharti, Shailesh Kumar
Income Tax Department issues final attachment order against Lalu Yadav's daughter Misa Bharti and her husband Shailesh Kumar.

The attachments include a Farmhouse in Brijvasan, a house in Defence Colony, New Delhi and another property in Patna.
Earlier, Lalu, and his son, Tejashwi Yadav, skipped appearance before Central Bureau of Investigation in a separate case. As a reason, Yadav had cited his ongoing court case in Ranchi, while his son, Tejashwi had said he has prior political commitment.
The two leaders were to appear before the court on the date of summons- September 11 and 12-issued by the CBI.
