ISI on foreign soil to spread communal disturbances, says Punjab CM
Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh on Tuesday said that purpose behind killing of nine murders of right-wing, religious leaders in two years was to cause communal disturbances in furtherance of ISI anti-India game plan.

While addressing media, Amarinder Singh said,'' a Conspiracy was hatched by ISI on foreign soil to spread communal disturbances. 1 of the 4 suspects was a gangster lodged in jail. They were using encrypted mobile software/apps for communication with handlers based in Pak, western countries; were trained abroad.''
He alsocongratulated Punjab Police for their excellent work in nabbing these men and solving the untraced cases
''Conspiracy basically by Pakistan Inter-Services Intelligence but in various nations,'' said Punjab CM Captain Amarinder Singh.
According to DGP Punjab,''Four have been arrested, further interrogation is underway. ISI link, nexus between gangsters in providing weapons, exploitation of our innocent youth by radicalising them well established.''
