Ircon International Limited has announced the opening of applications for recruitment to various contract-based positions, including a Company Secretary for its Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV), formed as wholly owned subsidiaries or joint ventures, as per an NDTV report.

To apply for the Company Secretary role, candidates must be an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. The maximum age limit for applicants is 30 years. Shortlisted candidates will be offered a fixed consolidated salary of Rs 50,000 per month. In addition, candidates will receive an annual increment of five per cent on their salary after each completed year of service.

The application must include the following documents:

Experience certificate in chronological order. For current employment, the last two months' salary slip must also be submitted along with the offer letter.
Date of Birth proof (class 10 passing certificate).
Caste/EWS certificate and age relaxation certificate, as per the Government of India's guidelines.
Qualification degree/diploma and all semester/year mark sheets for calculation of percentage.
If CGPA/OGPA/DGPA was awarded, proof of conversion factor to percentage must be provided.
