The device will have a colour-infused glass back and an aluminium body for a premium feel and durability. With an IP67 rating, it can withstand submersion in water up to six meters deep for 30 minutes. New colour options might include Purple and White.

The iPhone 16 will feature a dual-camera system with a 48MP primary camera and a 12MP ultrawide lens offering a 120-degree field-of-view. The primary camera will have an improved f/2.2 aperture for better low-light performance and sensor-shift OIS for image stabilization.
