The Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) has released an official notification for the recruitment of various Apprentice positions, including Trade, Technician, and Graduate Apprentices, across India. A total of 382 vacancies are available under this recruitment drive.

Vacancy Details: A total of 382 positions are available across various states and Union Territories in India, including West Bengal, Bihar, Odisha, Jharkhand, Assam, Sikkim, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Tripura, Nagaland, Mizoram, Meghalaya, Manipur, and Arunachal Pradesh. The vacancies are distributed as follows:

Trade Apprentice: 113 posts
Technician Apprentice: 206 posts
Graduate Apprentice: 63 posts

IOCL Recruitment 2025: Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for these positions, candidates must meet the required qualifications for each specific post. The following are the basic eligibility criteria for each position:

Trade Apprentice: Candidates should have completed their matriculation (10th class) along with a regular full-time 2-year ITI course in the relevant trade, recognised by NCVT/SCVT.
Technician Apprentice: Candidates must possess a Diploma in Engineering in the relevant discipline.
Graduate Apprentice: Candidates should have a Graduate degree (B.A., B.Sc., B.Com, etc.) in the relevant field.

IOCL Recruitment 2025: Selection Process

The selection for the IOCL Apprentice posts will be based on merit. A merit list will be prepared according to the percentage of marks secured in the required educational qualifications for each post. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for document verification and will undergo a pre-engagement medical fitness test to ensure they are suitable for the apprenticeship.

IOCL Recruitment 2025: Steps To Apply

Candidates can apply online for these positions through the NAPS (National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme) or NATS (National Apprenticeship Training Scheme) portals. The application process involves two key steps:

Apply on NAPS/NATS Portal: Candidates must first apply through the NAPS/NATS portal using their User ID for the relevant apprenticeship openings at IOCL.

Submit Microsoft Form: After applying on the NAPS/NATS portal, candidates must complete a Microsoft Form, which requires them to provide additional details, including their top three preferences for training locations. This form must be submitted by February 14.

Candidates who fail to submit the Microsoft Form by the specified deadline will not receive their Call Letter for document verification and will not be considered for further selection processes.
