India is gearing up to celebrate the 11th International Yoga Day on Saturday, June 21, 2025. The theme for this year is 'Yoga for One Earth, One Health’. A significant event, 'Yoga Sangam’, will feature mass yoga demonstrations across the nation. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will lead the celebrations in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.

The Ministry of Ayush has announced that 'Yoga Sangam’ will be held at over 1,00,000 locations throughout India. This event aims to uphold the tradition of mass yoga demonstrations while expanding its reach and public involvement. The demonstrations are scheduled from 6:30 AM to 7:45 AM on June 21.

Registration Details for Yoga Sangam

Organisations interested in participating in Yoga Sangam can register for the event. Eligible entities include government bodies, educational institutions, private companies, Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs), NGOs, community groups, and other interested parties promoting health and well-being.

To register for Yoga Sangam 2025, organisations need to follow a simple process. First, visit the official website where a list of FAQs will be available. After reviewing these questions, confirm your understanding by checking a box. This action will lead you to the application form.

Step-by-Step Registration Guide

The application form involves five steps requiring details about the organisation, contact numbers, OTP verification, venue information, and other necessary data. Once all fields are completed and submitted, your organisation will be registered for Yoga Sangam 2025.

After participating in the event and submitting post-event feedback forms, organisers will receive certificates via their registered email addresses. This ensures recognition for their contribution to promoting health through yoga.

The main event of International Yoga Day celebrations is 'Yoga Sangam’. It is designed to continue mass yoga demonstrations while scaling them to an unprecedented level of reach and public participation. Last year’s event saw Prime Minister Narendra Modi performing yoga in Srinagar.
