Instagram Down For Many, Users Complaint, Troll Meta On X

For many users across the country, the social networking site, Instagram stopped working after which, people started complaining and trolling its parent company META on X.

To inquire and complain about the Instagram outage, a user said, "Wait is Instagram down, I thought it was just me having internet issues?" highlighting the confusion among users. Another expressed relief, stating, "whenever instagram is down, life looks more beautiful," suggesting some saw a positive side to the disruption.

A third comment read, "Instagram is no more," indicating the level of disruption felt by users.

Interestingly, this is not the first time Instagram has encountered such widespread issues.
Back in June, there was a global outage affecting the platform, with over 6,500 reports of access problems in India alone at the height of the issue around 12:02 p.m. According to Downdetector, about 58% of those reports were regarding issues with the feed, 32% were app-related, and 10% were concerning server connection.

Despite the inconvenience caused by the outage, the incident has sparked a mix of reactions among users. Some see it as an opportunity to take a break from the constant flow of content on social media, while others are eager for the service to be restored.
