Inspiring! Physical inability did not stop him from casting vote

New Delhi, Feb 7: The story of Balvir Singh is inspiring for those who believe in the word 'impossible' and shameful for those who are facing away from their responsibilities during the Delhi assembly elections.

71 year old Balvir is physically challenges, he does not have hands, but that did not marr his tenacity to take part in the constitutional right of universal adult franchise.

He turned up at the polling booth on Saturday and voted. He used his nose to press the button of his choice and got his toe inked.
