Inspired by Yogi's simplicity, Lucknow hotel serves 'saffron' dishes!
Founder of the hotel said "new menu reflects the combination of different flavours, yet these bear the hallmark of simplicity just like the Chief Minister.”
Lucknow, April 10: A hotel in Lucknow came up with a unique idea of serving their state's Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath with the menu inspired by saffron and orange colour.
The colours worn by 44-year-old Yogi found a place in the menu of Hotel SSJ International in Charbagh.
"Some of the signature dishes on the new menu are paneer tikka, tandoori aloo, tandoori Momos, pineapple tarts, tomato soup, tandoori achari chaap and tandoori stuffed malai chaap", Surendra Kumar Jaiswal, the founder of the hotel told a news agency.
Jaiswal added that the "new menu reflects the combination of different flavours, yet these bear the hallmark of simplicity just like the Chief Minister."
He also expressed confidence that all the dishes on offer would be "a unique culinary experience for our guests and these will be well received by the food connoisseurs coming to dine here".
