Influencer Fulfills Senior Citizen's Wish To Visit Ram Mandir, Video Goes Viral

Instagram influencer Anish Bhagat is called the 'Son of the Day' after he shared a clip on Instagram, fulfilling the dream of his 65-year old society's security guard.

The viral video unfolded with Bhagat introducing him as 'Byas Ji' and asking him why he was working at the age of 65. Speaking in Hindi, the security guard stated that he must work because his only son has abandoned him. The influencer then urged him to think of Bhagat as a son for the day and share his longing wish.

Reluctant at first, the senior citizen goes on to reveal his desire to visit the Ayodhya Ram temple with his son.

Bhagat said he would try to arrange the tickets for his trip next month. But to Byas Ji's surprise, Bhagat phoned him up later that night with flight tickets to Ayodhya. The happiness and gratitude was evident on the 65-year-old's face when their unplanned trip was announced.

"I'll quickly get my clothes," the excited security guard exclaimed.

Arriving at Ayodhya and offering their prayers at the newly-built Ram temple, Bhagat's determination to make this dream a reality turned out to be a great success.

Filled with appreciation and emotion, he hugged Bhagat, expressing his gratitude for this unique opportunity.

This heartfelt journey was posted on Instagram and captioned, "On a serious note, I don't understand how children actually abandon their old parents. It's truly their responsibility over anything else to take care of them. Byas ji is still working in the hope of his son coming back again. Anyway, I'm glad we did this together. I got to know so much about him and even Lord Rama. He's a big devotee of him. I understand now what Ram Mandir means to the masses of our country. Jai Shree Ram."
