Indore MBA Student Murder: Classmate Allegedly Mistreated Body and Engaged in Occult Rituals

A classmate has been arrested for the murder of a 24-year-old MBA student in Indore. Allegations include mistreatment of the body and performing occult rituals while fleeing from authorities.

A 24-year-old MBA student's classmate has been arrested in Indore for her murder. The accused allegedly mistreated the victim's body and engaged in occult practices while evading capture, according to a police official. Deputy Commissioner of Police Shrikrishna Lalchandani reported that on February 13, a foul odour led residents to alert authorities about a closed house in the Dwarkapuri area.

Upon arrival, police discovered the naked body of the young woman inside the house. She was pursuing an MBA from a local college, and her body was found in her classmate's rented accommodation. The accused fled after the incident but was later apprehended in Mumbai. He is currently being questioned by authorities.

Accused's Alleged Motives and Actions

The DCP revealed that during interrogation, the accused admitted to strangling his classmate. He allegedly mistreated her body post-murder and performed witchcraft rituals near Panvel in Navi Mumbai while on the run. The accused claimed he was mentally disturbed and sought to communicate with the victim's spirit through these rituals.

The police officer stated that the victim and the accused were reportedly in a close relationship. The accused suspected her of interacting with other men, which allegedly led to his violent actions. Enraged by jealousy, he killed her before fleeing the scene.

Family's Allegations Against the Accused

The victim's father has accused the classmate of attempting to extort money from his daughter using inappropriate photos. He alleged that the accused tortured her to death after threatening her with these images. Furthermore, it is claimed that the accused shared these photos on her college's WhatsApp group.

The investigation continues as authorities piece together details surrounding this tragic incident. The case has raised concerns about safety and trust within educational environments. The community remains shocked by the events leading up to and following the young woman's untimely death.
