India's Sunshine Moment: Aditya L1 Mission Successful, PM Modi Lauds ISRO
Aditya-L1 has successfully entered the final orbit on January 6. Taking to X, formerly known as Twitter, ISRO InSight wrote, "India, I did it. I have reached to my destination! Aditya-L1 has successfully entered the Halo orbit around the L1 point."

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday once again hailed India's first solar mission Aditya-L1. Taking to X, he said, "India creates yet another landmark. India's first solar observatory Aditya-L1 reaches it destination. It is a testament to the relentless dedication of our scientists in realising among the most complex and intricate space missions. I join the nation in applauding this extraordinary feat. We will continue to pursue new frontiers of science for the benefit of humanity."
The statement by PM Modi came after Aditya L1 officially announced its success on the social media platform, X. Taking to the social media platform, ISRO ADITYA-L1 wrote, "Aditya-L1 Mission: 15 lakh km away, but feels like next door. Ready to explore from Lagrange Point L1! 🛰️🌞".
As per the update shared by ISRO, Aditya L1 has safely arrived at Lagrange Point L1, 1.5 million km from my home planet. 🌍Excited to be far away, yet intimately connected to unravel the solar mysteries.
