India’s first Apple store opening in April in Mumbai
Apple has formally announced that its first retail store in India will come up in Mumbai.
The first store in India will be called 'BKC Apple', located inside the Jio World Drive Mall at Bandra Kurla Complex. The creative includes colourful interpretations of the decals which is combined with many Apple products and services that will be available for its customers.

Also, the creative for the store features a bright welcome to people passing by with the classic Apple greeting "Hello Mumbai". The logo of 'Apple BKC' is inpired by iconic Kaali Peeli taxi art unique to Mumbai.
Formally announcing the news, the Apple said, "Hello Mumbai. We are getting ready to welcome you aboard our first store in India. And raring to see where your creativity takes you at Apple BKC."
To celebrate the occasion, Apple has created a special play list, which is available on Apple Music. The website also lists other services that visitors will be able to avail at the BKC store.
Although the company has not officially announced the date of the store launch, it is speculated that the outlet with commence its operations in April.
Meanwhile, there are report that the second Apple outlet will be opened in Delhi, but the Mumbai store will remain as the flagship store.
In the holiday quarter (Q4) of 2022, Apple sold 2 million iPhones in India, thereby registering 18 per cent growth (quarter-on-quarter) for its flagship device.
