A native of Maharashtra's Satara district, she is currently in the ICU, while the driver responsible has been detained by the police. Her father, Tanaji Shinde, expressed their distress, stating they have been trying to secure a visa since February 16 but have yet to receive it. The prolonged wait has worsened their grief as they remain thousands of miles away, unable to provide support.
