PM Hasina has accepted the invitation.

Prime Minister Modi thanked Prime Minister Hasina for her special gesture of visiting India to attend the funeral of Suvra Mukherjee.
Bangladesh PM had developed very close relations with Suvra during her life in exile in Delhi soon after the Aug 15, 1975 coup that witnessed the killing of her Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and most of her family members.

Fondly recalling his visit to Bangladesh in earlier this year in June, PM Modi thanked Prime Minister Hasina for the progress achieved in timely and peaceful implementation of the Land Boundary Agreement.

Both the prime ministers welcomed the signing of the BBIN Motor Vehicle Agreement, and agreed to strengthen measures to increase regional connectivity.
