IAF jet crashes in Gujarat, pilot safe
New Delhi, Aug 1: An IAF Jaguar fighter has crashed in Nakhatrana area of Kutch district, Gujarat. The pilot reportedly ejected safely.

According to reports, the pilot ejected at Loria Village, 22 km from Bhuj and the plane crashed at Bibber village which is 31 km from Bhuj.

Another IAF chopper had recently crashed in Atariya area of Sitapur in Uttar Pradesh. Seven people have been feared dead.

According to sources, the crashed helicopter was an indigenously developed Advanced Light Helicopter Dhruv. It was heading towards Allahabad from Bareilly.

A Jaguar aircraft had crashed in Bholasar village in Rajasthan's Bikaner district earlier this year in January.
