India Mpox Advisory: Health Ministry Alerts Airports And Border Ports Amid Global Emergency

The Union health ministry has issued a directive to all airports and land ports along the borders with Bangladesh and Pakistan, urging heightened vigilance for incoming passengers exhibiting symptoms of Mpox.

These hospitals include Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital, Safdarjung Hospital, and Lady Hardinge Hospital. All state governments have been directed to identify similar specialized hospitals within their jurisdictions to handle potential cases of Mpox.
