India is ready to neutralise Dawood, Hafeez: Rathore

New Delhi, Sept 7: In a faint warning to the most-wanted anti-social elements- Dawood Ibrahim and Hafeez Saeed-information and broadcasting Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore said that the country is always thinking of ways to get hold of them.

On asking what the government was doing to tackle these men, he said,"We always remain ready to neutralise our enemy. India's enemies, wherever they are based, must never be under the delusion that India is not thinking about them. We are always ready to neutralise our enemies."

Rathore was counter questioned as to why a 15-month old Modi government was not able to do anything in this matter, except for preparing a dossier. Rathore said that not only has India provided a dossier, but is ready to explore other actions as well. He emphasized by saying,"Saam daam dand bhed, sab cheezon ka istemaal hoga. Dossier bhi denge aur baaki sab kuch bhi hoga."

On digging deep on the type of operation that the Indian government is planning on these dossiers, Rathore said,"We may do it but there will be no publicity before that. After the operation, there may be or may not be. It depends on whether the government says it should be 'covert operation' or a 'special operation'."

He further added,"A special operation is made public after it is done. It depends on the government as to when to do it.... Who knows it may be happening now or not happening now but it will be made public only after it is done."
