New Delhi, May 16: For the first time after the stellar performance in Lok Sabha elections, BJP Parliamentary Board met in new Delhi on May 17, to decide issues related to government formation.

Among the prominent leaders who attended the meeting were Narendra Modi, the next prime minister, Rajnath Singh, LK Advani, Sushma Swaraj, Nitin Gadkari and Murli Manohar Joshi.

Advani, who has been a major critic of Modi in lat few months. But in today's meeting, Advani embraced Modi, presented him flowers and sweets.

Sources said the party will meet on May 20 to choose Modi as prime minister.
