In Kerala's Techno Park, CEOs stage flash mob as employees cheer on (Video)

Thiruvananthapuram, Oct 9: How would you like to see your bosses shaking a leg to the tunes of popular film songs? On Wednesday, the CEOs of various companies in Techno Park in Kerala, surprised their subordinates by staging a flash mob.

The event was part of the ongoing Daan Utsav (thanksgiving) week. About 30 IT CEOs took to the dance floor to raise awareness and money for the underprivileged, said a NDTV report.

Daan Utsav is celebrated annually for underprivileged people from October 2 to 8. This is the first time the festival is celebrated in Kerala.

The bosses staged a well-choreographed dance to a medley of several popular Tamil, Malayalam and Hindi songs. The crowd, initially shocked to see their CEOs in a new avatar, cheered them.

Speaking to NDTV, Girish Babu, CEO of Technopark said, "We wanted to attract the attention of all of the 45,000 plus employees in Technopark, to this noble cause, which is the reason the CEOs themselves hit the dance floor. I hope the message of 'Joy of Giving' is embraced by the larger society too".
