IIT JEE Main Result 2016 declared; check the results here
New Delhi, April 27: The Joint Entrance Examinations Mains (JEE Main 2016) exam results have finally been declared by Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE).
Over lakhs of engineering aspirants who appeared for the JEE Main 2016 can check their results on - jeemain.nic.in, cbseresults.nic.in.

This year, the JEE Main 2016 exam was conducted in both online as well as offline format. The JEE Main offline test (pen and paper based) took place on April 3, while the online test (computer based) test for
Paper 1 and Paper 2 was held on April 9 and April 10, 2016 respectively.
Those who will clear the Mains will have to appear for JEE (Advanced) to get admission into IIT.
Admission into the prestigious institute takes place on the basis of the All India Rank (AIR) secured by a candidate in JEE Main 2016 and class 12th score.
The JEE Main score will include marks obtained in the paper 1 ( offline and online) and list of those aspirants who qualify for JEE Advanced.
