IGNOU announces admissions for January session
New Delhi, Oct 15: The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has announced admissions to its distance education academic programmes for January session, an official statement said Tuesday.
"IGNOU announces admissions to its distance education academic programmes for the academic cycle commencing from January 2014, offering under-graduate and Master's programmes, and post-graduate certificate courses," said the statement.
The admission forms can be downloaded from the IGNOU website or can be procured from the IGNOU regional study centre. The last date for submitting applications for all courses is Dec 16.
IGNOU is the world's largest open university system, with a pan-India and international reach. It allows flexible entry qualifications, and offers a wide range of academic programmes at an affordable cost.
