Eligibility:

• Candidates must be at least 21 years old and no older than 30.
• Candidates are required to have a postgraduate degree in psychology, education (with a minimum of 55 per cent marks) or management (with a specialisation in HR and minimum 55 per cent marks) from a recognised institution.
• Candidates should preferable have a one year experince in academic research, test development or project management.
• Candidates must be competent is operating computers.
