Eligibility Criteria Overview

For the Probationary Officer role, a graduation degree from a recognised university is required. Specialist Officers have varied requirements: IT Officers need a four-year Engineering or Technology degree in Computer Science/IT/ECE. Agricultural Field Officers require a four-year degree in Agriculture or related fields. Rajbhasha Adhikaris must have a postgraduate degree in Hindi with English at the graduation level or vice versa.

Law Officers should possess an LL.B. degree and be enrolled with the Bar Council. HR/Personnel Officers need a graduate degree along with a two-year full-time postgraduate degree or diploma in HR/Personnel Management/Labour Law. Marketing Officers require a graduate degree plus a two-year full-time MBA/MMS in Marketing.

Additional Roles and Qualifications

For other key roles: Analyst Programmers (Python) should have a B.E./B.Tech., MCA, or M.Sc. in relevant fields. Hindi Officers need a Master's degree in Hindi with English as a subject during graduation. Banker Faculty positions require either graduate or postgraduate qualifications in any discipline.

Technical Banker Faculty roles necessitate B.Tech./B.E./AMIE with finance-related exposure. Division Heads for Financial roles should be graduates/postgraduates in Commerce (CAIIB preferred), while those for Tech Support need degrees in Electronics/Computer Science/IT or related fields.
