I Am Here For The People Of Gaya And Their Welfare: Jitan Ram Manjhi Exclusive
The Lok Sabha elections in Bihar are poised to be a litmus test for former Chief Minister Jitan Ram Manjhi and his party, Hindustani Awam Morcha (HAM). The state gears up for the first phase of voting on April 19 across four critical constituencies: Gaya, Aurangabad, Nawada, and Jamui.
Manjhi, now contesting on the NDA ticket, has emerged as a key figure in Bihar politics, drawing attention not only for his political manoeuvres but also for his commitment to serving the people.

In an exclusive interview with OneIndia Hindi, Manjhi articulated his vision, stressing his dedication to the welfare of the nation and his staunch support for Prime Minister Narendra Modi's leadership.
With a political career spanning eight victorious terms as an MLA, Manjhi stands as one of Bihar's senior-most legislators, a testament to his enduring popularity among the masses transcending party lines and caste affiliations.
He claims his unwavering commitment to grassroots service has garnered him widespread support, making him a formidable force in the state's political landscape.
Manjhi's focus on key issues such as healthcare, education, and employment highlight his agenda for holistic development, particularly in his constituency of Gaya. He emphasises on the collaboration between the state and central governments, citing 'double engine sarkar' as pivotal in driving progress across the state.
Additionally, he pledges to prioritise the development of Gaya's infrastructure, particularly in the realm of religious tourism, recognising its significance on both a regional and national scale.
As Manjhi rallies for the NDA under the banner of 'Abki baar 400 paar,' his mantra is clear- taking the work of the NDA governmnet to the masses and asking for their support under Prime Minister Modi's leadership.
The NDA had last month announced its seat-sharing formula in Bihar, where the BJP got the lion's share of 17 seats, followed by Chief Minister Nitish Kumar's JD(U). Nitish's party will contest on 16 seats. Chirag Paswan's Lok Janshakti Party (Ram Vilas) got five seats while Manjhi's party bagged Gaya and Karakat was assigned to former Union minister Upendra Kushwaha's Rashtriya Lok Morcha.
