This system will provide a streamlined and efficient way for you to get the support you need, when you need it. Our new system is a centralized platform where you can submit queries, requests, or issues related to HR matters, such as: • Benefits • Leave and attendance • Policies and procedures • Employee relations, letter requests and support • Statutory - PF/ ESI and etc

*1. How to Access:* You can access the HR ticketing system via SAP Success Factors. Simply log in using your Gsuit credentials.

*2. How It Works:* The system allows you to submit tickets for various HR-related matters such as benefits, leave requests, policy questions, and more. Once a ticket is submitted, it will be assigned to the appropriate HR team member for resolution.
